Browne Set to Defend at USA 20K Championships

August 28, 2008 from USATF press release (INDIANAPOLIS, IN) Defending champion, Dan Browne (file photo from Men's Olympic Marathon Trials), from Beaverton, OR, returns to New Haven, CT for the USA 20K Championships in hopes of winning his fourth U.S. 20K title. The women's field will be headlined by former Olympian Elva Dryer (Gunnison, CO); the 2007 USA half marathon champion who will be in search of her first 20 km crown. The championships, hosted by the 31st annual Stratton Faxon New Haven 20K, will be held Labor Day, Monday, September 1.
